Home Extensions
Home extensions offer a chance to add space, improve your living area, and increase property value. Success depends on good planning, design, and management.
Loft Conversions
Loft conversions add living space, boost property value by up to 20%, improve natural light and energy efficiency, preserve outdoor space, and often don’t need planning permission.
Building Conversions
Building conversions are a smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solution, repurposing structures to reduce environmental impact, lower costs, and preserve architectural character.
Permitted Development
Permitted development (PD) lets UK homeowners make changes like small extensions, loft conversions, and solar installations without planning permission, though building regulations may still apply.
Listed Building Projects
Listed building projects involve working with protected historic structures, requiring careful management to preserve their character during renovations, restorations, or developments.
Freelance with other Consultants
I collaborate with other architectural consultants on diverse freelance projects, enriching my experience across residential, commercial, and listed building restorations.
